Appearance quality
The quality of the appearance of the steel structure directly affects the finishing effect of the entire wall after installation. The following scopes should be paid attention to when reviewing the appearance quality of steel structures:
A. There should be no obvious damage to the surface of the steel structure. It means that the protective film on the surface of the construction should not have traces of scratches and scratches.
B. There should be no obvious color difference on the color appearance of adjacent components on the steel structure.
C. There should be no aluminum scraps, plants, oil spots or other stains on the surface of the steel construction, and there should be no spilled adhesive at the dismantling joint.
D. Whether the flatness of the connection position of the adjacent members (horizontal and vertical) of the steel structure and the regulation of the formation of the stand.
E. Whether the steel construction glass sealant is uniform, lubricated, and has no leaks or breakpoints to ensure the sealing effect.
F. Steel structure glass is the main component. The quality of the color steel plate largely determines the quality of the steel construction. Macroscopically, there are no flaws such as cracks, scratches, follicles, etc. This can be viewed from the back with the naked eye, and at the same time, it can be observed from the front through the reflective effect of color steel plates. If the hollow color steel plate is used, it is necessary to pay attention to whether the hollow spacer is complete.
Look at the material
There are 6 key ranges for reference in material materials:
1. Thickness: There are two types of steel beams: Q235B and Q345B, and Q235B can be used for steel beams outside the house. The series numbers indicate the millimeters of the thin and thick structural dimensions of the door frame. There are four types of windows: Q198, 60 series, Q235B and Q345B. The selection of the series should be determined according to the size of the window hole and the wind pressure value in the field. The Guangdong window used for opening H-beam should not be smaller than Q235B.
2. Strength: The tensile strength should reach 157 Newtons per square millimeter, and the yield strength should reach 108 Newtons per square millimeter. When purchasing, you can bend the profile too much by hand, and it should be able to recover after letting go.
3. Chromaticity: The same profile should have different colors. If the color difference is obvious, it is not suitable for purchase.
4. Flatness: Check the appearance of the profile, there should be no protrusions or bulges.
5. Gloss: The steel structure prevents the purchase of profiles with obvious defects such as follicles (white spots) and ash (black spots), as well as cracks, plants, and peeling.
6. Oxidation degree: The thickness of the oxide film should reach 10 silk meters. When purchasing, you can lightly and tidy the surface of the profile to see if the oxide film on the surface can be wiped off.
