1. Fixing method of steel structure processing fixture
The combined weldment is usually clamped with a very rigid fixture, and the deformation is controlled by a force. Then welding shall be carried out. When the steel structure encounters thermal deformation, the clamp force shall be used to correct, so as to control the deformation of steel structure during processing.
2. Anti deformation method in steel structure processing
Before welding, the steel members shall be judged according to the conditions of the welded metal members. For example, when cooling after welding, the direction deformation and shrinkage will be reduced. It can be bent or inclined in the opposite direction in advance, and the steel structure will be deformed after welding and can be restored to the predetermined position.
3. Positioning control method for steel structure processing
Before welding of steel members, many welding points are used to position the welding parts or the surrounding areas. Heavy objects can also be pressed on both sides of the weld, which is called positioning control method.
4. Steel structure processing and welding sequence method
Properly arranging the welding sequence of steel structure processing can effectively prevent welding deformation of steel structure. Generally, the deformation caused by the first weld seam is the largest, and the deformation caused by each weld seam cannot offset each other. The final deformation direction will be consistent with the deformation direction caused by the first weld seam.
