Description
Steel structure welding shop is a building structure made of steel, including inner support and outer enclosure. The steel welding shop structure is composed of portal steel frame, including steel columns, steel beams and supports. The portal steel frame and the outer enclosure structure form a closed building structure, which is strong enough to resist strong winds, rain, snow and other bad weather.
Fabricated steel welding shop structure:
The metal structure of the workshop is processed, cut, welded, drilled, painted in the workshop, and then transported to the construction site, which is usually called prefabricated structure. The prefabricated steel structure does not need to be welded on site, and all components only need to be fixed with bolts, which is convenient and fast for installation and labor-saving. Five main types of structural members constitute steel frames – tension members, compression members, bending members, composite stress members and their connections.
Walls and roof slabs
- For portal frame buildings, the roof slab is usually a single continuous length from the eaves to the ridge line.
- The wall panel is usually a continuous length from the bottom wall to the eaves of the building.
- It is usually corrugated monochrome metal plate with a thickness of 0.5mm-0.8mm. For plants that need thermal insulation, sandwich panels can be used.
