These problems seem small, but they do pose a huge threat to the overall safety of the steel structure factory. Therefore, the steel structure safety inspection shall be carried out for the steel frame factory building before formal production and after the occurrence of problems.
First, the steel structure inspection and appraisal content
The detection and identification of steel structures mainly include steel structures with special requirements such as material, component, connection and node defects, structural system, damage detection and safety, applicability, durability and seismic performance identification. Such as steel structure after fire, steel structure fatigue detection and identification, steel structure dynamic detection and identification, etc.
Second, on-site inspection of basic work content
1. Collect engineering geological survey reports, design drawings, calculations, design changes, settlement observation records, construction records, material warranty, material inspection documents, as built drawings, completion acceptance documents and other relevant data.
2. Understand the construction, use, damage and repair history of buildings. Such as the construction, transformation, maintenance, use change of buildings, change of use conditions and environment, and whether disasters occur.
3. Field basic situation investigation and data verification. Field verification shall be carried out when there is a construction drawing, and mapping drawing shall be drawn according to the actual situation of the structure when there is no construction drawing;
4. Basic investigation. Investigation on service environment of steel structure, material performance test, joint connection state test, structural damage test and structural deformation test. If necessary, structural dynamic tests and field load tests of structures or members can also be carried out.
