3. Workshop snow load: the basic snow pressure is 0.4kn / ㎡, 0.7kn / ㎡ (snow load specification value: SK)= μ tSo, μ T = 2), in the area where heavy snow load may occur, it shall be selected after review by the designer.
4. Wind load of steel structure:
Basic wind pressure: 0.55kn / ㎡, 0.75kn / ㎡; The standard value of wind load shall be calculated according to the enclosure structure. In the area where extra large wind load may occur, it shall be selected after review by the designer.
Wind load specification value: wk= β gz μ s μ zWo， β gz=1.0， μ S (negative wind) = – 2.0, μ S (positive wind) = 1.0, μ z=1.14。
5. The standard value of several loads for construction or maintenance is 1.0kn. When checking the bearing capacity, take a concentrated load every 1m along the width of the plant and place it in an unfavorable position.
6. Considering the earthquake. When the cantilever length is ≥ 2M and the seismic fortification intensity is 8 degrees (0.20g); The standard value of vertical seismic effect is 10% of the representative value of gravity load of structures and components; When the design basic seismic acceleration is 0.30g, take 15% of the representative value of gravity load of structures and components.
