What are the regulations for joint construction of steel structure?
The joint form, material and processing technology of steel structure shall be selected according to the importance of the structure, stress characteristics, load conditions, working environment and other factors.
1. The design of steel structure joints shall meet the requirements of bearing capacity limit state, with reliable force transmission and reduced stress concentration.
2. The joint structure shall conform to the structural calculation assumption. When the members intersect at the node eccentricity, the influence of local bending moment shall also be considered.
3. The bearing capacity of important joints with complex structure shall be determined by finite element analysis and should be verified by test.
The node structure of steel structure shall be easy to manufacture, transport, install, maintain, prevent water accumulation and dust accumulation, and take anti-corrosion and fire prevention measures. Splicing nodes shall ensure the continuity of connected components.
