What are the construction regulations for steel structure fireproof coatings?

3. Before construction, the surface of the steel structure should be derusted, and the antirust treatment should be determined according to the requirements of use. Rust removal and anti-rust treatment shall comply with the relevant provisions of the current steel structure project construction and acceptance specifications.

4. The sundries on the surface of the steel structure should be cleaned up, and the gaps at the joints should be filled with fireproof paint or other fireproof materials before construction.

5. Fireproof coatings for building structural should be carried out before interior decoration and under the condition that they will not be damaged by subsequent projects. During construction, the parts and other objects that do not need to be protected against fire should be shielded and protected. The coating that has just been applied should be protected from dirty liquid pollution and mechanical impact.

6. During the construction of the steel structure building and before the coating is dried and solidified, the ambient temperature should be kept at 5~38°C, the relative humidity should not be greater than 90%, and the air should be circulated. When the wind speed is greater than 5m/s, or when there is condensation on the surface of the component in rainy days, it is not suitable for operation.
