1. Natural buckle type

The natural buckle type is a continuation of the form of cement asbestos corrugated tiles and galvanized iron tiles, but the old-fashioned buckle method requires at least one flat wave distance to be overlapped. For the use of colored steel plates, the wave distance is generally larger. If a half-wave is overlapped when used as a roof, the economic index will be improved. Therefore, many methods use the method of lapping a wave. This edge shape has certain hidden dangers in the waterproofing of the roof panel joints of the steel structure factory building. However, it is generally not a problem when it is used as a wall.

2. Waterproof cavity type

The waterproof cavity type is to form a cavity of about 4mm at the two fastening edges. This cavity cuts off the capillary passage caused by the attachment of two steel plates. At the same time, the water column in the cavity also balances the phenomenon of rainwater seeping into the room caused by the difference in atmospheric static pressure between indoor and outdoor. This method has been applied to the section shape design of the profiled plate of the new generation of steel structure factory building, which is an economical and effective method.

3. Bite type

The bite type is divided into 180° expansion and 360° bite type. This method is to use the undercutting machine to bite the two overlapping edges of the board together. A 180° undercut is a non-close bite, while a 360° is a close bite. It is similar to the form of tinsmith’s hand undercut, so it has a certain airtight effect. This type of board is an ideal and reliable waterproof board type, but the cost is higher than the previous ones.

4. Buckle cover plate type

The buckle cover type plate is symmetrically arranged on two sides, and a bayonet structure side is made on both sides, and a buckle cover is buckled on it after installation. This method utilizes the principle of the cavity type to set up a buckle cover, which is waterproof and reliable, but the amount of color plates is too much.
