Steel structure processing H-beam manufacturing process
The H-beam assembly of steel structure processing roughly includes parts blanking and assembling, assembly components, component welding, and component correction. The following introduces some manufacturing processes of H-beams.
1. Parts blanking and assembling
Before the steel plate is cut, it is leveled with a correction machine to avoid the unevenness of the steel plate and affect the cutting quality. Parts are cut by CNC fine cutting. The butt groove processing adopts semi-active fine cutting. The two long sides of the web are processed by cutting edges. The excess height of the splicing weld is leveled with an abrasive belt grinder.
2. Assemble H-shaped components
The H-shaped components are assembled on the special H-beam automatic assembly machine, and the butt joints of the web and the flange should be staggered by more than 200mm.
3. Welding of H-shaped members
The gantry-type submerged arc automatic welding machine on the special H-beam production line is selected for the boat-shaped azimuth welding. Welding is performed according to the welding sequence required by the process, and the welding deformation is controlled.
4. H-shaped member correction
Correction of wing plate angle deformation is carried out on a special H-beam flange correction machine. Deflection deformation correction and straightening are carried out on a special zigzag straightening machine.
Notice: After the H-beam is corrected, end-milling equipment is used to perform end-face machining on both ends to ensure the length of the rod and provide a reference plane for making holes. The end face processing of the rod should be processed after the welding is completed.
After the end face of the H-shaped member of the steel structure is processed, it can be directly transferred to the hole-making process to complete the manufacture of the H-shaped member.
